Terms of Use

  • You are welcome to use my linkware graphics on personal and not for profit site ONLY . If you have a commercial site and are interested in using my graphics please contact me for information.

    • (Note: all images that comprise the layouts themselves are the sole, exclusive and permanent property of the artist (either my self of another from whom I have recieved permission) and may not be reproduced by any method including screen captures and/or downloads.)

  • A link back to my personal site is required on any and all pages that contain my graphics. A matching logo image can be provided for you in each set. A text link is also acceptable. Please link to: [link] . The linking image (or text link) must be in a visible location on each page and all credits must remain in tact. In some occasions I use another artists work and they do REQUIRE the curtosey of recognition.


  • If you are a web designer and would like to use my graphics on a client site whether it be a personal, non-profit or commercial site you MUST purchase a license. Placing my graphics on a site without purchasing a license is considered UNAUTHORIZED redistribution and commercial use.


  • Please download images to your own hard drive/server. If you use webtv please use a transloading service. Linking directly to my graphics is considered bandwidth theft and is illegal.


  • You may not alter my graphics in any way with the exception of adding text to blank text buttons. Altering would consist of resizing, cropping, changing the color, or changing the appearance of my images in any way.


  • These graphics may not be "mixed and matched" they must be used as they were intended, as sets. Please do not use images from different sets on the same page.


  • My graphics may NOT be used in any online collections, CD ROM collections, sold or redistributed in any way.


  • I do NOT grant permission for my graphics to be used on sites that contain sexually explicit material or language, excessive profanity, hate material, including gender, sexual orientation, ethnic, religious and/or racial slurs, child endangerment, and/or threats to human life.


  • Please e-mail me if you have used my graphics on your site so I may view your site and confirm that my images are being used in accordance with my terms of service. As the copyright holder and creator, I reserve the right to deny permission should the site violate any of the above terms.


  • Failure to abide by these terms of service can result in the loss of internet access and/or the loss of your website completely. Also, civil action could be brought against you for copyright infringement.
